Chalet Des Alpes is my go-to place in Crans-Montana. I always return because I feel truly at home here. The staff ensured my first stay was smooth and even helped me find places with better exchange rates. Plus, it has all the amenities I need for a perfect stay.

I had a fantastic stay at a charming B&B nestled in the heart of the Swiss Alps. The location was perfect, offering breathtaking views of the valley below. The owners were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The continental breakfast was delicious and the newly renovated bathroom was a treat. The bar in the evening was a great touch. The instructions provided made it easy to find the property even in the dark. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay in the Alps.

Walking in the mountains, visiting the surrounding villages/countryside.

Everything was perfect. The hosts were very friendly and helped us a lot during our stay. We liked the location, the amazing view from the chalet, all the details that made us feel at home. We had dinner one night and the food was excellent.

Fantastic Alpine Experience: The long open cruising runs in the sunshine leading to the tree-line, followed by winding trails through the woods make this a truly fantastic experience. It's like skiing through a picturesque painting!

Noisy Neighbors: We had loud people in the room beside us, which made our stay a bit uncomfortable.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was outstanding and the hotel facilities were great too. I loved the fact that there was parking available and the transportation options were convenient. Plus, the location was perfect. I enjoyed staying in a quiet residential neighbourhood with breathtaking views of the mountains and the Rhone valley.

The Guest House was wonderful. It was clean & had spacious rooms, along with a lovely couple who were the owners. They were friendly & helpful in every way. The breakfast was great (should have been extended to 10:00 AM). The atmosphere was relaxing. The parking was right next to the house. The Guest House was in a quiet small neighborhood - all new and we never even saw another neighbor, yet hear them. The location was conveniet to any place we wanted to see. We would go baved thisck again in a heartbeat.

The room we had had everything except good reading light and a place to put things - another comfortable chair could have solved this problem.

The staff is perfect. Karen and Gary make you feel like in your house with a exceptional and polite treatment. The mountains views are very good and you are in the middle of Alps at 10 min. of Crans-Montana. The breakfast is very complete. I'd recommend to spent holidays in this hotel.

The place is situated in an area surrounded by mountains and lush greenery. The room was quite cozy, yet spacious, and had a balcony with a beautiful view. The owners were hospitable and had good knowledge of the area, offering advice on places to visit. They provided excellent homemade breakfast and had clean rooms.

The location is a bit remote, which may make it harder for some people to access. there was some traffic noise heard at times, which could be annoying to those who are easily disturbed.

beautifil views, brand new everything, friendly hosts. Would recommend any time. Rooms with balcony on the upper floor have high ceiling and magnificient views from the balcony.

The breakfast was of very good quality and with a good variety. We had an evening meal there which we had to pre-order and that was erally nice too.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a balcony and a beautiful mountain view. The breakfast was tasty and had everything we needed to start our day. We also appreciated the helpful advice about local walking routes. We will definitely be stopping by again!
